JK-4025S 4 axis CNC Router adopts mini machine structure and high precision linear guide rails and ball screw, for engraving letters and designs on cylinder jade, marble, granite, etc.
4 Axis Stone CNC Router Features
1. Wholly cast iron body and axis of rotation to ensure the good accuracy and stability of the machine.
2. X Y Z uses 20mm PMI or HIWIN linear square guide rail, it is more stable and has longer life than normal round one.
3. Z axis use 20mm high precision ball screw and can avoid spindle suddenly up and down.
4. Break point memory can stop work with wrong signals and avoid the waste of materials.
5. We use high voltage and high torque stepper driver, which is much more powerful than the normal stepper driver.
6. Adopt 3.2KW water cooling spindle, which is suitable for long time and high temperature working.
7. Uses 4 Axis DSP control system, easy and convenient to operate.
