What are the reasons for the inaccurate positioning and processing size of the s

The positioning and processing size of the stone engraving machine are not allowed to be one of the common problems of the machine. When this problem occurs, how should we judge the reason and how should we adjust it? Next, we will analyze and propose solutions for you.
1. The distance traveled by the machine is wrong, and the measurement is repeated many times. For example, if it should travel 1 meter each time, it only travels 80 cm, and the deviation is large.
1. The motor parameters of the engraving machine are set incorrectly. When I don't know or forget the motor parameters, how should I calculate it? I said a relatively simple way, if the motor parameter is X at this time, it should multiply X by 0.8, and then divide by 1. The smaller the motor parameters, the larger the distance the machine travels; the larger the motor parameters, the smaller the distance the machine travels.
2. The driver subdivision is set incorrectly. The so-called "subdivision number" is to subdivide a single pulse signal numerically, such as 800 subdivisions and 1600 subdivisions. There is a driver in the power distribution cabinet, and in the middle of the driver, there are 8 small white toggle switches. By setting these 8 switches, you can make some settings for the driver, such as subdivision number, current size, etc. Generally, on the side of the drive, there will be a table indicating the setting method of the subdivision. For example, if the correct number of subdivisions for the machine is 800, and you use 1600 subdivisions, then the motion control system walks 2 meters, and the machine actually only travels one meter.
Second, the machine is not allowed to go diagonally, it is accurate in the lower left corner, and the deviation to the upper right corner is the largest. The deviation is generally a few millimeters.
The X axis and Y axis of the machine are not vertical, for example, the included angle is 89 degrees. Find a piece of material, line a rectangle on it, and measure the length of the two diagonal lines. The diagonal line with the short length points to the side of the beam and is located in the front; the diagonal line with the longer length points to the side of the beam and is located in the back.
Solution: Loosen the fixing screw on one side of the beam, tap it gently with a leather hammer, tighten the screw slightly, use the machine to engrave the rectangle again, and then measure the diagonal line, then loosen the screw, continue to adjust, in turn Back and forth until you know it's fine.
3. The single axis of the machine (such as the horizontal X axis or the vertical Y axis) has deviations, but the size of each movement is different.
The size of the machine is different each time it goes, which is actually a "dislocation type" fault. There are many reasons for the dislocation of the stone engraving machine. Here are a few common ones.
1. The X-axis gear box is loose and there is a gap. This results in a walking deviation, and the deviation depends on the size of the gap and the number of left and right walks. Solution: Disassemble the X-axis motor gear reduction box, gently push the motor gear to the rack, close the gear and rack, eliminate the gap, and then fix it.
2. The cable of the stepping or servo motor is damaged, causing dislocation. Solution: Replace the corresponding cable.
3. Interference phenomenon. Solution: The machine body, distribution box, computer, and inverter are reliably grounded; check or replace the computer or control card.
4. The positioning of the machine is accurate many times, but the size of the engraving is wrong.
1. Check whether the programming is wrong. Whether you have entered the wrong size, parameters, or picked the wrong origin.
2. Reinstall the programming software and control system.
3. Whether the wrong tool compensation is made, or the wrong tool is used.
