1. Open the engraving programming software of the stone engraving machine and program the engraving path: let's take an example. 2. Output the engraving path and input the engraving machine control system software: Weihong, Jingdiao, Art Photography and wait for the output files in the software. If it is a format that cannot be supported by the engraving machine control system, it needs to be converted. The commonly used program format is CNC, mm wait.

3 Check the machine and fix the workpiece correctly: Check whether there are any sundries on the machine table, especially stone, large area of stone powder, sand, etc. , pay attention to cleaning, otherwise it will easily affect the flatness of the material. Place the workpiece according to the placement direction in the programming software to see whether the material is placed horizontally or vertically. Note that the material is parallel to the direction of the machine direction axis, and do not deviate. Use a pressure plate to fix the material, and there are two general fixing methods: pressure and top. If it is pressed with a pressure plate, be careful not to press on the processing part of the material to prevent the machine from crashing and hitting the knife.

4. Determine the origin of the workpiece coordinate system, which is what we often call tool setting. Align the origin of each axis of the machine with the origin, and then return the data to zero or input the coordinate value of the corresponding coordinate system.

5. Check the water spray, water circulation, adjust the machine alignment and feed speed, and simulate in the stone engraving machine control system software, if it is Weihong system, press
F8 will do. Check that the simulation is correct, and then press F8 to launch the simulation.

6. To start the engraving machine, the shortcut key of Weihong system is F9.
