4 The length to be engraved for the first time can be defined according to the specific engraving length of the machine. The general definition standard is: ① First, the calculated engraving path should be within the effective range of the engraving machine; ② Try to complete the engraving of a character, that is, the characters should not be spliced.
5 Assuming that we define the length of one engraving as 80 cm, we can define an auxiliary line at the position of 80 cm with the help of "Options" → "Auxiliary Line Settings" in Wentai engraving software. Then break up all the text in the layout, and only count the text engraving path within 80 cm (of course, before calculating the path, you need to calculate the combination of the scattered text within 80 cm), generate the path file of the engraved text in the first part of the brand, and save it to the disk , and stored in the DSP operating handle.
