If your cnc router device Z+ or z- cannot move, it is usually caused by two reasons
1. The driver is broken
2. The line is broken
You can monitor, judge by the following ways

1. First unplug the lines of A+, A-, B+, B- and test it. If the red light is on, the driver is broken. If it is not on, the line is likely to be broken.

2.Insert the X or Y axis drive into the Z axis to test, if it can move, it is judged that the line is broken
